Arcume Advisory is a new, independent firm. Its work rests on the founder's experience, not on a corporate history — and it says so plainly. What the market gains is senior lighting-engineering capability, available independently.
Arcume Advisory is founded by Dia Aldin Al Fasfos — an MBA-credentialed lighting engineer with 16+ years in lighting across the Middle East — 12 of them specialised in outdoor lighting infrastructure.
He held senior roles at a global market leader in lighting, then built and led a street-lighting vertical at a global lighting manufacturer — holding complete commercial and technical ownership, from product definition and component-level design through to authority approval and municipal tender award. Under that leadership, the manufacturer moved from no regional presence and no municipal listing to a recognised position on approved-vendor lists.
That is the exact transition Arcume Advisory now delivers for its clients — independently, and with no product to sell.
The name is built from arc and lumen — the arc of a light distribution and the unit that measures it — and echoes acumen, the independent judgement the firm sells. One word for the engineering of light, and the sharpness applied to it.
Arcume Advisory holds no agency, representation or commission mandate with any manufacturer, and acts for one party per engagement — the client who engages it.
