How we work

A fragmented market, navigated with discipline.

Every client is different, and every route to approval has its own rules. Arcume Advisory works to one repeatable method — read the gates, prove the product, defend the submission — and to one principle: the client keeps the relationship; we are the engineering behind it.

The market model

No two clients qualify the same way.

The Middle East is not one market — it is many public clients, each with its own specifications and its own way of working. Qualification almost always runs through one — often more — of three gates, and each is real engineering, not a rubber stamp. Arcume Advisory handles whichever a client demands.

1

Product Conformity

The right product, proven on paper — mapping the specification against the proposed product, closing any gap, and reviewing every report so nothing is missing and no buried value can quietly disqualify a submission.

2

Client Listing

A place on the approved-vendor register — a separate, often more demanding step with its own requirements and, at times, a factory audit. Arcume Advisory is the technical backbone; the client keeps the authority relationship.

3

Project Tender

The technical bid itself — studying the tender document, proposing the most suitable compliant variant, and providing the compliance matrices, calculations and technical defence the submission needs.

How an engagement runs

Three steps, in order — earning the next at each stage.

1

Tender Reinforcement diagnostic

A short, fixed-scope review of an existing product and submission against a live tender. It proves the engineering, surfaces the real problem behind the presenting one, and is the entry point for every engagement.

2

Scoped compliance project

A defined remediation built on milestone deliverables — dossier construction, optical and thermal work, certification strategy, listing submittal — each billed against a milestone, never against time.

3

Ongoing engagement

A continuing technical partnership for companies building a pipeline of products and approvals — defined engineering capacity, with every certification family becoming a platform for the next product.

Independence, by structure

The one voice in the room with nothing to sell but the judgement.

Independence here is a structural fact, not a promise of good behaviour — it is how the firm is built.

No manufacturer mandate

Arcume Advisory holds no agency, representation or commission mandate with any manufacturer. Recommendations rest on engineering merit, compliance and project economics alone.

A single mandate

On any engagement, Arcume Advisory acts for one party only — the client who engages it — never for a supplier on the same transaction.

The client keeps the relationship

The client owns and manages their own end-client and authority relationships throughout. Arcume Advisory leads the technical work and stands behind it, but never fronts that relationship — it is the client's asset.

Objective by design

The recommendation is the product. There is no compliant option Arcume Advisory profits more from than another, so the advice can only follow the engineering.
